Being a performing artist is not just about the artistry, the music or the text.

There are so many other areas to master including:
-
preparing for optimal performance in auditions
-
managing your practice schedule for multiple projects
-
memorising effectively
-
navigating the rehearsal process
-
monitoring and pacing yourself under pressure
-
dealing with dynamic personalities in rehearsals
-
building a unique career that suits your talents

It’s only natural that performing artists can feel isolated, anxious and stressed.

You shouldn’t have to navigate all of this alone.
